Advance Car Hire: Advance will shuttle you to your vehicle when you arrive. You will simply need to call the freephone number provided with your confirmation email when you arrive at the airport and arrange to be picked up.

Alamo Car Hire:  To pick up your Alamo rental, head to the Europcar counter which can be found on the ground floor near the domestic baggage carousels in Terminal 3. Alamo is serviced by Europcar here, so the staff will be able to help get you on the road.

Alpha Car Hire:  Alpha’s depot is 6km from the airport and there is a free shuttle service in office hours. Just call the staff upon arrival and you will be picked up and taken to your rental car.

Apollo Car Hire:  Apollo is partnered with Hertz in Melbourne, so keep your eyes peeled for the Hertz counter on the ground floor. The staff there will have you on your way in no time.

Auto Europe Car Hire:  You will need to check your rental confirmation email to find out by which company in Melbourne your Auto Europe rental will be provided, and proceed as needed for that supplier.

Avis Car Hire:  There is an Avis counter on the ground floor of the airport, near the domestic baggage carousels. Roll up to see the staff and claim your rental car.

Cruisin’ Oz Car Hire:  Cruisin’ Oz is operated by Ace Rental Cars in this location. Call the provided number upon arrival for a free shuttle to the depot.

East Coast Car Hire:  The depot is only a few minute’s drive from the airport. There is a free shuttle bus operating within office hours which you can summon by calling the number provided after you have collected your luggage. Wait in the collection area.

Europcar Car Hire:  Europcar, the ever-present car rental company, has a desk on the ground floor  of Terminal 3 near the domestic baggage carousel. Head there to collect your vehicle with help from the staff.

Hertz Car Hire:  There is a Hertz rental counter in the airport, so head there to talk to the staff and pick up your rental vehicle.

Honk Car Hire:  Before travelling, check your confirmation for the rental company which will be providing your rental car for Honk.

National Car Hire:  In Melbourne, National is partnered with Europcar. Find the Europcar desk on the ground floor near the domestic baggage carousels in Terminal 3 to pick up your vehicle.

Redspot Car Hire:  There is a Redspot counter on the ground floor. Head there where the customer service staff can help you to get your car and get out into Melbourne.

Sixt Car Hire:  Redspot is Sixt’s Australian partner. Head to the Redspot counter to pick up your Sixt rental, on the ground floor in the arrivals area.
